Construction accident pain doctor in Midtown Manhattan
Falls from scaffolds or ladders, falling objects and heavy loads cause many back, neck, shoulder and knee injuries on job sites. If you were hurt on a construction job, get examined soon, even if you kept working. We see patients at our Midtown Manhattan office, 150 E 55th St, Suite 401, New York, NY 10022.
Spine and pain care near the job
Many construction injuries end up as back or neck pain that won’t settle: a disc injury from lifting, or pain after a fall from a ladder or scaffold. At the Spine & Pain Center the evaluation decides whether you need imaging, therapy, a procedure or a combination. Procedures listed at this office include epidural steroid injections, medial branch blocks, joint and trigger point injections, plus EMG and nerve conduction testing for nerve symptoms.
Your care in Midtown Manhattan
If you work on a Manhattan job site, our Midtown office is on East 55th Street. Yuri Gordin, MD, evaluates back and neck pain and talks with you about pain treatment options.
Everyone is different. Treatment options and results vary from person to person.
Coming from uptown or across Manhattan
Many of our Midtown patients come from Spanish Harlem (East Harlem) and Washington Heights. From East Harlem, the 6 train or the M101, M102 or M103 bus runs straight down to the office. From Washington Heights, take the A or C and change to the E, or ride the M101. We also see patients from Midtown, Midtown East, Turtle Bay and UN Plaza, the Upper East Side, the Upper West Side, Harlem and the Financial District.
Check the MTA Trip Planner for live service before you travel.
