What happens at the first therapy visit?
A therapist assesses strength, motion, function and what you need to get back to, then sets goals written in your words.
Will I have exercises to do at home?
Most plans combine hands-on treatment, exercise and a home programme, with re-assessment at set points so you know the plan is working.
