After a crash you can see the doctor and start physical therapy under one roof on Shell Road. If numbness or weakness lingers in a hand or arm, Valerie Khodorkovskiy, OTR/L, our occupational therapist, works on hand and upper-limb recovery here. Cervical and lumbar traction are available for neck and low back pain.

From the first visit to the last therapy session
Ashley Marcus, MD, is board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and fellowship-trained in interventional spine and pain. If a disc injury or nerve pain doesn’t settle with therapy, she can discuss procedures such as an epidural steroid injection, done at this office and planned alongside your physical therapy.
Appointments run until 8 pm Monday to Thursday, which helps if you’re back at work while you recover.

File for no-fault
New York’s no-fault application, Form NF-2, generally has to be filed within 30 days of the accident.

Have the claim number and the auto insurer’s name ready. The office deals with the insurer on the treatment paperwork.

Physician visits, pain procedures, physical therapy and occupational therapy all happen here. Brooklyn is the only Precision Care office with occupational and hand therapy.
